when you use up your first bolt of muslin and have to buy a new one!
It probably took me around 4 years to use up that first bolt, which actually seems pretty short when I think about it.
Tips and tricks:
- Wait until Joann has a 60% coupon to use. If you get impatient, 50% happens decently often as well.
- Strangely, on their online selection, buying by the yard was actually cheaper than just buying a bolt. So I bought 50 yards of muslin for $1.99 a yard (and then 60% off) instead of $3 a yard (aka $150 for a 50 yard bolt).
Also armed with a gift card from last Christmas from my mother in law! So $50 yards of muslin coming to me for only $4 out of pocket. Huzzah!
