So I was hoping to be finished with this camicia last weekend, but I wasn’t able to sew the lace on by machine. So sewed 120″ of lace around the top by hand. Boooring.

Then gathered it up by machine (which, while trying to pull the gathers tight, I realized it would have been easier to be this by hand).

And after all that, decided I didn’t like the lace. It was gathered so tight, that the lace just looked messy.

So the lace had to go.

Currently sewing a band over the gathering, so this will be done soon and I can get started on a partlet!
