My wire cutters were unable to go through the hoop wire. I popped over to OSH and bought some heavy duty snips, those are sure to work yes?

Nope.

Plastic coating is delicious! Wire not so much.

Going to return the snips tomorrow and bring the hoop wire to see what they recommend and test it out in store.
